Welcome to The Nail G's shipping policy. We strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. We use reliable methods and carefully package your beauty care products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or EVRi depending on the weight of your package.
0-1kg Royal Mail £1.55
1kg+ EVRi £3.29

We aim to dispatch your items within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Shipping is free on orders over £30.
We do not ship outside of the UK.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Nail G, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience, therefore, we believe in building trust and confidence.
Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. But please contact us immediately if your order is damaged or faulty. Contact must be made to info@thenailg.co.uk, within 14 days of dispatch date.
We endeavour to resolve any issues with a replacement item, however if a refund is agreed and processed, please allow 10 working days for the amount to show in your account.
